{Part II of Watcher's Kill List}{Rebranded Part 2}

{Location: Hideout}

In a small old manor which neared the border of Wind's Creek, leading to the town next to it, was the home of The Watcher. The rocking chair creaked as it rocked back and forward, a dry chuckle coming out of The Watcher. He gazed into the beautiful but dark black pupils of hers. His hand wanting to touch her flowing elegant black hair as her eyes stared into his broken soul as if she was still alive. He grimaced, as you could make out a small smile under his mask but that expression gave way to three emotions. Remorse, Mourning, and Sadness. He heard a wooden door creak but refused to look back as he placed his hand, wiping away the dust on her painting, the only thing reminding her of everlasting beauty. He moaned in pain as her screams gave away and the brightness spread. The shattering of the door and his helplessness.

"The explosives are ready whenever you are boss. Only when you stop looking at madam." Harry murmured as he looked at the almost shattered man in front of him. The Watcher let out a dark chuckle as he regained his composure, covering the painting with a large grey cloth.

"W-Would she be happy with me? What I've become after long years of weeping." He stared at himself as he continued, "This monster, who t-t-thinks he can help people by r-ridding the evil like some Greek or Hindu God." The Watcher chuckled as he gestured through his hands to himself, almost falling upon a small desk. Harry grabbed his leader as he helped him up.

"She would be proud, Sire. She would be happy with you as you-"

Cutting Harry off, The Watcher fumbled with his words, "S-S-S-she never w-wanted me to follow into the f-footsteps of -father, b-but-."

The door which was left open creaked more as a blonde man entered through. He was maybe around twenty-two years of age, as he patted his dusty overalls as he removed his safety goggles. "Sir, sorry to interrupt, but the chemical reaction for the explosives are ready. It's time to work on them. Then Isaac and Eva can store them in Galaxy Mall. I'll be waiting for you both."

Harry sighed as The Watcher nodded at the statement of James.

The assistant's eyes were filled with shock as The Watcher regained composure instantly momentarily when he had a mental breakdown. "Of course, Deidara. It's game time." Deidara nodded in response as The Watcher followed the blonde explosive expert to the laboratory.

Harry sat on one of the desks, as he sighed. "W-What did you do to yourself, sire." Harry looked at the covered portrait, eyeing the burns all around the walls and floor. He took a deep breath as he coughed in a few seconds feeling the polluted air in his lungs. He chuckled as he murmured to himself, "That's why Sire wears the mask." Harry got up as he covered the moonlight coming through the charred windows. Hearing a yell, Harry let out a tired sigh as he dashed towards the laboratory.

{Location: Police Department }

The Police Department of Wind's Creek was fed up as countless officers were scanning through physical and online files on the businesspersons visiting the Grand Fiesta, at Galaxy Mall. George relaxed his back into his soft chair while his mental state was worn down and frustrated. He closed his eyes as he heard file shelves being opened and slammed, the engine of police vehicles going on and off, footsteps littering the station. He opened his eyes as he scanned through the layout of the Galaxy Mall. The Grand Fiesta was a celebration of the successful mall's anniversary. The only thing stopping it was The Watcher, George Clooney chuckled in frustration, as he muttered, "Call Inspector Thomas, Constable Peter, and Senior Inspector Jamal. " to Michael. While Michael went out to call the required officers, George bit his lips as he looked at the layout. He gritted his teeth slowly as he looked at the large and deep fountain, as he marked it with a red marker for one of the seven locations. He looked at the children's toy store. His mind stopped, as he thought about the children who might die in the process. He sighed as he thought about his sweet but daring nephew Sam as he imagined the same boy being helpless in that mall. He slammed his fist onto the table. Wiping off a bit of sweat, he gulped down a glass of water.

His office's door opened as Michael entered which was followed by the other three officers. George spoke up, "Thomas, you and Peter will report the history of Galaxy Mall. What is it's future, What is it's Past and What is its current Present? Give a report on some of the more notable and powerful businesspersons attending the Grand Fiesta."

"While Jamal give me some names which could give us a lead to the grudge of the so called Watcher."

Jamal cleared his throat before beginning.

"Looking through the stacks of files we have on the businesspersons attending the Grand Fiesta. Only seven people feel like likely targets." "How Ironic. Seven people and Seven bombs." mocked Michael as George rolled his eyes.

Jamal eyed Michael as he continued, " But out of these seven, only five of these are attending the Grand Fiesta. One is Frank Harriet who will be at Rockswell Falls, the town beside ours. While Amanda Hogans will be out of the country from today. The remaining five, only two suspects have criminal records. "

George nodded feeling a bit better at the names being cornered down two. "One is Ben Watson who had a drink and drive case several times but likely bribed his way out. He is also a prime suspect in the case of the murder of Anna Paul. While the other is Han Madison, who has in fact killed two of ours officers and is a suspect of the murder of Anne Paul as well as."

George scratched his beard as he said, " What about Larry Laurson?"

Jamal responded, "He was also a suspect in the murder of Anna Paul."

"So, The Watcher most likely is related to Anna Paul, in some way. Maybe her lover or relative." Analyzing the large schematics of the Galaxy Mall, as Clooney bit his lips. "Thomas and Peter, we have exactly twelve hours until the Grand Fiesta begins." He looked at the digital clock which read "00:00 A.M." "If we don't save anyone this time, we'll catch this menace and torture him until he gives up on breathing. Even his team." Everyone nodded. George yelled, "Michael, I require a full audience!"

Michael nodded as he dashed out of the room. The constable screamed at the top of his lungs, which drew everyone's attention to George Clooney standing in front of them.

George gazed at the massive team of officers, his fists squeezing. If they couldn't save the innocent people then it would be the most embarrassing thing in history for this generation of police department or even saving those thousands of innocent lives but not stopping the killer.

"Everyone listen up! Our Town's personal serial killer has challenged the police department, that there are total seven bombs in Galaxy Mall. That bomb will kill thousands at the Grand Fiesta but this Watcher and his team will kill one businessman directly without any explosive. We will form Nine task forces . Each task force will comprise of ten members. One of these task forces will accompany and protect Ben Watson, businessman, a bad father , womanizer and prime suspect in the murder of Anna Paul. While the another will protect Han Madison , a businessman who has countless factories for the production of alcohol and soft drinks, another suspect in the murder of Anna Paul. The Mall opens at sharp 6 a.m. He says it's implanted already. Everyone will wear civilian clothing as to not make the citizens suspicious and enjoy this auspicious day."

Every officer nodded as they grabbed their guns and other essentials from their personal lockers as George exclaimed once again , "If anyone finds a bomb, then we will proceed to remove civilians from the scene under the guise of a technical problem in that particular location, which could bring harm to them. "

The whole department excluding few officers to remain back to answer phone calls and to assist in the daily lives of other citizens, got into individual government authorized cars. The sirens , number plates and government official stickers were removed as the department entered into the cars. George in the leading car. The engine of each car started up as they were ready to leave.

{Location : Laboratory}

The cool air poured from the air conditioning vents, as Deidara and his personal team of scientists, were in the process of perfecting and completing the explosives. The Watcher gazed at the parts, as he sat down at the chair. The cool air brushed against his neck as a dry chuckle came out of his covered mouth, as he tried to remember her touch and the atmosphere which was around her. Harry snorted seeing the man like this as The Watcher grumbled at his right hand.

Deidara, bit his lips as he grabbed a dropper , dropping the last chemical into the chemical bath of liquid elements and compounds. His assistants following his every step as each flask turned deep yellow and started fizzing. Deidara erupted into hysterical laughter and joy, as the team clapped. The Watcher chuckled at the mad man's antics, as he clapped at the achievement hugging the blonde man.

"Harry, you and Elliot pour the liquid into the explosive's base and set it's timer."

Harry nodded as Elliot, a man around twenty two years around got up from his comfortable position. Both of the men, started pouring the liquid down the red base, as they dialed the clock to twelve hours, as the clock ticked behind them reading , '00:18 A.M.'.

The other scientists also continued with stuffing the liquid. The Watcher looked at the picture frame on the counter beside him. He removed his mask onto the counter, as he reminisced the good days, as a visible scar trailed across his lips and mouth. He looked around the room as everyone minded their own business. He gazed at the picture frame which had a photo of her. Them. He sighed as he murmured to himself, "I'm doing this for you. For them. This victory will be ours, the ones who did this will be brought to their knees begging for their lives." He paused as he gazed at the ceiling, "This might bring justice to your death. Their death. Just maybe, after all this I might meet you all in heaven. Or maybe not, but this might help me achieve peace with your deaths."

The master mind tapped his fingers against the smooth counter, as he awaited for his men to be completed. He broke away from the silence of his mind, when Elliot exclaimed, "Boss, their ready. Eva and Isaac are both here to deliver the explosives."

The Watcher got up from his seat, "Today at exactly eleven o' clock, we move. It's time to kill the bastard and move two steps ahead of the police. Set the explosives, and get out of their. Both of you. Alive."

Isaac , a youngster around the age of nineteen and Eva, his sister who had lustrous brown hair, maybe around twenty seven, looked at their employer and nodded as they left for the mall.

Harry then promptly clicked on a red button against the wall. A small portion of the wall in front of them opening, as The Watcher smirked under his mask. It opened to reveal a green panel. There were guns hanging up on the wall. Elliot looked shocked at the scenery, while The Watcher let out a cold chuckle as he grabbed one of the rifles, "What did you expect joining hands with me, Elliot?"

Elliot stood in shock as he regained composure, "N-No Sir. I wasn't expecting such a head on approach to Galaxy Mall." The Watcher started laughing hysterically as the others in the room remained calm and collected except Elliot who was confused.

"We aren't going to the mall. Take the CMMG Mk47 Mutant" throwing the heavy rifle to Elliot who grabbed hastily. The Watcher, smiled as he said, "The police are fools. The businessmen and women of this town are fools. We have another plan to go to Rockswell Falls. The one we're looking for is currently at Mountaineer Hotel."

Elliot nodded, as the others came forward to grab guns, The Watcher looked at Elliot. He looked back at the Air conditioning which soothed his tensed skin with cold air. The leader of the group inwardly chuckled as he muttered loudly, "Aim all guys at Elliot. Government Spy." Deidara, Harry and the rest of the team aimed their guns at the head of Elliot who was dripping with sweat. Elliot then tried to fire, but only heard a click and nothing else.

"Did, you think I didn't know? It's empty. Only three people were not informed of the actual plan. Eva, Isaac and you. I already had understood that you were the spy when you were tensing up at the guns. Your sweating but the air conditioning is on." Elliot looked pale as he wiped off his sweat. Grabbing a pistol, The Watcher came closer to Elliot, as he inserted the pistol inside the spy's mouth. The Watcher chuckled, as he spoke up, "Any button camera your using won't work at my hideout or near a twenty kilometer radius. So, should I kill you upwards towards your brain, using it to betray me? Or maybe your heart for trying to manipulate me and my crew?" Elliot closed his eyes, as a cold laughter erupted, "I think your brain." The pistol touched the top of Elliot's mouth.

A loud bang, echoed through the hideout as blood splattered onto the wall. The Watcher grabbed his mask as he put it on.

"Sharp, eight o' clock we will start from here. Deidara you and two others stay behind. Remember, I'll be the one to kill the bastard."

{Location : Galaxy Mall}

The police cars were all waiting outside of the currently closed mall. George looked at his watch as he talked through the walkie talkies. "The mall's opening at six o' clock sharp. We enter at that time as citizens having a gathering, alright. Any suspicious civilians will be pulled aside for questioning."

George sipped his coffee as he looked at the darkness inside the closed mall. Isaac and Eva sighed in relief as they had already stored the bombs in their locations. The duo stood outside the gates as they got on their motorcycle, speeding away before they were caught by the police. Ready to inform their boss of the plan of the police department which paled in comparison to theirs......
